When you’re healing from an abusive relationship, finding what might help can feel overwhelming, especially when your body is still on edge.
This page brings together a curated collection of resources, insights, research, tools, and comfort-based products, that have supported me and others during healing. Everything here is offered as an option, not a solution. Not everything will resonate, and what helps may change over time.
Many of the items here focus on gentle support: understanding trauma responses, reducing hypervigilance, and creating small moments of safety or comfort. I’ve included resources I wish I’d had when emotional regulation felt difficult and rest didn’t come easily, from knowledge and practices to simple self-soothing supports that helped my body learn safety again.
