I started following Yoga with Adriene around 2017 when I discovered her YouTube channel.

I couldn’t afford to attend yoga classes, so I was browsing YouTube for options. Adriene’s super supportive approach to newbies and easy-to-follow 30-day challenges is what had me tuning in every day.
