Integrated Listening Systems by Unyte

Integrated Listening Systems (often called ILS) is a therapeutic approach that uses sound and movement together to engage the brain in ways that support better body awareness, sensory processing, and cognitive function. At its core, the method involves listening to specially treated music through unique headphones while doing simple movement or balance activities. This combination of auditory and physical stimulation is designed to help the nervous system work more smoothly and strengthen the way different parts of the brain communicate with one another.

Rather than being a single quick fix, ILS is often used over a series of sessions, gradually building skills like concentration, emotional regulation, and balance.

ILS is offered under practitioner guidance, with options to have the program delivered in person, remotely, or as a hybrid of the two. By clicking the button below, you will be able to view who ILS serves and search for program availability in your City/Country, located towards the bottom of the page (I am looking for a provider).
