Calm is a leading mental wellness platform designed to help users manage stress, improve sleep, and enhance overall well-being through a variety of guided meditations, sleep stories, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. The site is also available on an ap on your phone. 

Calm’s content is developed with input from mental health experts and is grounded in evidence-based practices to ensure effectiveness in promoting mental well-being. 

The site offers guided meditations tailored to various needs including stress reduction, focus enhancement and anxiety management. These start from as short as 3 minutes, which makes it great for beginners. Another feature I have used is the Sleep Stores. These are keyed to promoting better sleep with some interesting narrators, Matthew McConaughey for one. 

Along with breathing exercises, music and mindful programs, the site does provide some great guidance and assistance on demand.  It is however a paid subscription to get the best benefits, but there is a free trial available to test of this is something that would help you.
