Atomic Habits is a book that breaks down how tiny, consistent changes, referred to as “Atomic Habits”, can lead to long-term improvement. 

Rather than make massive changes in our lives, the idea is to make small, manageable 1% efforts to get better every day. This is what compounds over time. 

It was six months before I started implementing what I learned in this book. I wish I hadn’t waited. It’s the little things that make the difference in the long term, not the dramatic.  This is a system-over-goals approach. 

Beautifully written and easy to read.
